Refunds & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is more than important at Lone Star Tea, it's a priority. Anytime you feel you have an issue with our products or services, please let our management team know.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • Consumable products, such as drinks and snacks, are not eligible for a refund once handed to the customer.
  • Empty water jug containers sold for the storage of water can be returned only for a demonstrable defect in the container that is not the result of wear or breakage after purchase.
  • Any water containers that have not been used may be eligible for exchange to a different size; price difference will apply (or refund if new item is less).
  • If for some reason an online order must be cancelled before pick up, please call our store as soon as possible.
  • Abandoned orders are typically not eligible for a refund.
