Q: Do you process your own purified water and alkaline water?
A: Yes! We process our own water, right on the premises. This allows us to use the latest equipment, and to precisely control quality for you, our customer.
Q: How are your teas flavored?
A: Our teas are flavored with quality natural ingredients. This allows us to have such a fresh, authentic flavor that doesn't taste "fake" or artificial. The delicious taste comes naturally due to our formulations!
Q: Are all your teas available in gallon size?
A: Most of our teas are available in gallon jugs. You'll find the collection in our store, chilled to perfection. If you have a special order, please just let us know.
Q: Is your ice made with your own water?
A: Yes - our ice is made with our own quality purified water. Pure frozen perfection! Ice is available in 10 and 20 pound bags.
Q: Do you cater?
A: We are always glad to provide our delicious teas, water and ice for your event, anytime. We can also work with your food caterer for the most seamless experience. Reach out to us anytime and let's discuss the exciting details!
Q: Do you have any kind of rewards program?
A: Yes! You can join our Loyal-Tea program anytime. Each qualifying purchase earns a punch on your Loyal-Tea card; the ninth punch earns you a free tea! We also have special promotions from time to time - join our mailing list or follow us on Facebook so you don't miss anything.
Q: Is Lone Star Tea part of a chain?
